Luke Witt is the Managing Director of Professional Recruiting for Versique’s Human Resources Solutions team. With over 16 years of experience across HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HR Operations, Luke brings a practitioner’s mindset and strong business acumen to every client engagement. He partners with organizations to identify high-performing HR talent and deliver strategic recruiting solutions that drive business results.
Prior to joining Versique, Luke spent over 12 years at Target Corporation in a variety of HR leadership roles, including HR Business Partner, Leader of the HQ Lead HR Specialist Team, and Supplier Diversity. He began his career at General Mills, supporting DEI and Supplier Diversity efforts. Luke holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. John’s University (MN) and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business.
Outside Versique, Luke serves on the Minnetonka Boys Basketball Association Board of Directors and stays active in the local basketball community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and their dog, Cooper Kobe.
If you weren’t working at Versique what would you be doing??
Spending time with family/friends, coaching my kids’ sports, or playing basketball, golf, and waterskiing.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Besides right where I am…I would say the Gold Coast in Australia
