February 2nd, 2016 – Kelli Schutrop, Versique’s Marketing Manager, was recently named as a finalist for the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professional of the Year Award.
The SPACC YPro organization works to connect young leaders in the Twin Cities through engaging events. Their Young Professional of the Year award aims to recognize those young professionals who are making a difference in their companies and communities. From the 10 finalists, five winners were selected to receive a $1000 scholarship to put towards professional development. The remaining five finalists received $500 to put toward professional development.
“I was honored to be named as a finalist among such an accomplished group of young professionals,” said Kelli. “The Twin Cities has a great network for young professionals across a variety of industries, and the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce specifically does a nice job of fostering connections and building up that network.”
Kelli has been with Versique Consulting and Search for nearly four years and currently serves as Marketing Chair for the TeamWomenMN Young Professionals Board. She also serves as a mentor through the TeamWomenMN Mentorship Program, provides marketing consulting to a variety of non-profits throughout the Twin Cities, and gives back to the community by providing informational interviews to recent college graduates.
