The team at Versique is honored to receive two awards in June 2022 that recognize our strong workplace culture. For the 4th straight year, the Minneapolis Star Tribune has named Versique as a Top 200 Workplace in Minnesota (and #37 in the “Small” Category of less than 150 employees). Also, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal has named Versique as one of their 70 Best Places to Work in Minnesota (and one of 20 businesses in the “Medium” category of 50-249 employees).
Both awards were determined on quantitative employee feedback collected from surveys distributed by employee engagement and research platforms Energage and Quantum Workplace. The surveys asked participants to rate their employers on a variety of questions related to management, communication, and more. The platforms then tabulated the scores from the confidential surveys to identify the honorees.
