Versique Participates in iYA! Interview Workshop

November 29, 2016 – Versique recruiters recently took part in a resume and interview workshop with iYA! (Youth in Action), a program through CLUES (Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio or Latin Communities United in Service).

The event focused on helping high school students craft stronger resumes and build interview skills for future internship opportunities. Versique’s recruiters provided resume tips and conducted mock interviews with the students.

“We’re so glad to provide guidance for the next generation of leaders,” says Versique’s owner, Chris Ohlendorf. “It’s great to be able to use our recruiting skills and expertise to help the community grow programs like iYA!.”

CLUES’ Youth in Action Program provides Latino high school students with the resources and coaching to achieve their educational and professional goals. Through a number of programs including academic support, community service-learning projects, college preparation, and more, the organization helps future Latino leaders reach their dreams.
