Prior to his career in finance and accounting staffing, Rian’s experience has been in marketing and advertising strategy and execution with various local and national businesses. Having worked with technology, legal, and automotive industries, Rian brings a diverse background to Versique to help clients solve their hiring challenges, while ensuring candidates are given the opportunity to explore the best fits for their next career move. Specifically, Rian has worked with local and national staffing companies for 10+ years as support for their marketing efforts, giving him insights to the world of recruiting and staffing. This perspective inside the business of staffing means Rian has a unique ability to see the bigger picture and help find unique solutions for clients, helping candidates think outside the box to find their ideal role.

Outside of the office, Rian is a smoked meat connoisseur, big sports fan, avid townball baseball player, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
