Chad is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Thrivent. He has worked at many prominent companies within Recruiting Talent Acquisition including Best Buy, PepsiCo, Mortenson, and EcoLab. At Thrivent, Chad has been focused on building talent for a growing, innovating, and serving organization. He currently serves on the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Business Advisory Council and recently completed the Black Executive Leadership Program through the McKinsey Academy.
