We're seeking a skilled Workflow & Automation Engineer (Power Platform) to play a key role in transforming business operations through cutting-edge Microsoft technologies. Mostly Onsite Position: 4 days onsite/1 day remote each week

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll create automated workflows, optimize processes, and contribute to key digital transformation projects.
- Work with stakeholders to refine and enhance solutions tailored to business needs.
- Support enterprise-wide integration initiatives and assist in strategic Power Platform projects.
- Manage code deployments across various environments (SB, UAT, PROD) using Azure DevOps.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring system reliability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least one year of hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Data Factory and DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Passion for creating intuitive applications and optimizing business processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or SharePoint integrations (preferred).
