The Operations and Process Improvement team manages and maintains the technical infrastructure supporting the company’s ERP and Accounting systems. Looking for a 1-2 year technical resource with Workday Financials experience who'll grow long term with the organization.
- Salary range is $90-105K
- This position is 100% remote.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather and define functional requirements related to data, system configuration, integrations, and user interface needs, translating them into technical solutions.
- Configure and design Workday reporting solutions specifically within the finance function.
- Handle production support for financial systems by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Oversee quality control, create test plans, manage testing activities, and ensure compliance with system stabilization protocols.
- Develop training materials and documentation for any system or process changes, ensuring users are well-equipped to adapt.
- Effectively communicate changes in systems or processes to users with different levels of technical expertise.
- Act as a champion for finance technology solutions, staying informed on emerging tools and trends that may benefit the organization.
- Identify and recommend business process improvements, leveraging technology and process optimizations.
- Provide first-level support by troubleshooting Workday Finance-related systems and application issues.
- Analyze financial data in Workday and other relevant applications, addressing any data integrity concerns related to current and new systems or solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MIS, or a closely related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working with Workday Business Processes.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience supporting Workday Financials
- Proven track record in managing day-to-day operations in Banking and Settlement or Inventory and Procurement modules.
