This internal Versique role will lead the effort to elevate our Finance & Accounting Interim Solutions Division while building relationships with Finance & Accounting leaders in Minnesota. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic vision and year-over-year plan to refine and elevate the F&A Interim Solutions business continually
  • Report business trends, issues, and solutions to the President of Interim Solutions, Owners of Versique, and CFO
  • Lead Managing Directors of Recruiting and Client Partnerships creating engagement, buy-in, direction, and purpose
  • Work with CFO to create an annual forecast, manage an annual budget, and navigate business decisions while understanding the division’s profit and loss statements
  • Establish and maintain strategic client partnerships with the highest-level leaders in local organizations to make them aware of Versique's services.
  • Build partnerships with Twin Cities based organizations through existing relationships or the cultivation of new connections through a variety of prospecting tactics
  • Lead and engage team of 10+ to achieve personal and team goals
  • Lead team in gaining client visits with local high-level F&A Leaders
  • Help team identify high-level F&A consulting clients, candidates, and assist in building credibility and trust
  • Develop a trusted team-based environment 
  • Become the face of the F&A practice through attending networking events, creation of thought leadership, media appearances, and more
  • Hold F&A Interim Solutions leaders and teammates accountable to defined activity metrics
  • Function as an intermediary between client and candidate during the interview process to effectively respond to issues and concerns
  • Quality control follow-up after the project placement to ensure the success of your F&A consultants
  • To work collaboratively with the other practice areas within Versique to ensure the continued success of the firm and fulfillment of core values

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 9+ years relevant experience
  • Professional Services Industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team
  • An active network of local finance and accounting leaders
  • A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Results and performance-driven, and comfortable with working in a high-achieving, collaborative environment
