We’re seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join a growing IT department and help support the client-facing business management team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, thrives in both team and independent environments, and can manage complex business requirements. The primary focus will be on Mergers and Acquisitions, data analytics, reporting, and budgeting.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Gather and coordinate cross-functional business requirements, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Design and implement data integration plans for complex systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and communicate cutover plans.
- Define system scope and objectives, translating business needs into IT solutions.
- Support IT process standardization and facilitate work intake.
- Assist with business roadmaps, reporting, and budgeting processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, including:
- Defining system objectives, managing user stories, and addressing complex issues.
- Experience with reporting tools (PowerBI, PowerPoint) and budget management tools like Apptio.
- Strong communication, change management, and organizational skills.
