With a competitive compensation package, travel within a 300-mile territory, and the opportunity to work with major OEMs, this position is ideal for a seasoned industry expert ready to drive growth and take on a vital role in a specialized field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and new prospects, managing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth within a 300-mile territory
  • Serve as a bridge between sales, production, and customer needs, ensuring specifications and expectations are met
  • Leverage expertise in metal finishing to provide tailored solutions, addressing customer inquiries on processes like corrosion protection and surface treatments

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales within the metal finishing industry or a related manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of surface treatment processes and corrosion protection
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with high-profile OEM clients
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting client needs and handling complex project requirements
