This role is responsible for providing a high level of Customer Service, Administrative Support, and project coordination for the Human Resources department. This position will utilize superior communication skills and professionalism to coordinate the recruiting process from start to finish. Duties include coordinating all aspects of recruiting, selecting, and/or hiring new employees; developing relationships to improve recruiting and retention effectiveness; performing special projects; prepare and submitting reports.
Worksite Location: Brooklyn Park, MN- Onsite
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000/yr

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and craft effective hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recruiting processes for better efficiency and experience
- Stay resourceful and creative in finding and attracting top-tier talent
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS
- Promote our employer brand through thoughtful communication and engagement
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiative
- Support additional HR functions and gain exposure to generalist responsibilities over time
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Process-oriented mindset with a knack for finding ways to improve
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and a can-do attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative HR team
