Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope. This role involves overseeing significant projects while providing leadership for smaller projects managed by others. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday through Friday). Candidates must have experience working in a manufacturing environment, as our client's projects involve custom-built equipment.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning – Lead and develop project planning efforts, including defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Project Financials – Ensure project budgets are established and forecasts are maintained. Track financial performance, analyze variances, and report findings to leadership.
  • Project Communications – Develop and implement a communication plan for project updates, stakeholder engagement, and status reporting. Manage and resolve project-related issues promptly.
  • Resource Management – Oversee a team of engineering and production professionals, ensuring successful execution of design, fabrication, and quality control tasks.
  • Project Lessons Learned & Environment—Capture and apply lessons learned to improve future project execution and foster a positive and productive project environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience managing technical projects, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to managing projects.
  • Excellent communicator with customers and across the organization.
  • PMP Certification is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Salary: Depending on experience. The ideal salary window is 90 – 100k.
