Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing production operations to maintain compliance with work instructions, ISO, and Nadcap certification standards.
• Process daily timecards, employee time off requests, reviews, discipline, etc.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding the Master Schedule, including scheduling of products moved through the department, organizing manpower to meet daily production requirements, meeting department efficiency goals, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of production quantities, scrap, material usage, and labor hours.
• Responsible for ensuring that procedures are in place to maintain the proper condition of equipment. If technical problems arise, communicate and assist in developing a recovery plan.
• This position works with various departments, including purchasing to order adequate supplies of materials are available for production requirements,
• Work with Maintenance and Pattern Shop to ensure equipment is operational. Establish procedures for process control.

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Two or four-year degree or equivalent supervisory or management experience.
• The desire to lead a team is needed, but previous supervisor experience is not required; it is preferred.
• SALARY - $65,000 to $80,000, depending on experience
• Hours will be 2nd shift (beginning at 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm) – 45 hours/week
