OEM Sales Representative (ID:45956)
Leverage your expertise in metal fabrication to drive revenue growth by implementing a strategic pipeline management process and refining our sales approach. Your role will focus on expanding our client base and increasing sales with existing accounts, utilizing your hunter mentality to identify and penetrate new opportunities.

As a Business Development Representative on our client's team, you will leverage your expertise in metal fabrication to drive revenue growth by implementing a strategic pipeline management process and refining our sales approach. Your role will focus on expanding our client base and increasing sales with existing accounts, utilizing your hunter mentality to identify and penetrate new opportunities.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company strengths to grow overall revenue and profitability
  • Create and implement a pipeline management process to allow visibility into account growth potential
  • Implementing a sales process
  • Grow sales through a combination of new business and growing existing account base
  • Evaluate existing sales processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Cold Calling new accounts and penetrating existing ones

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A 2-year technical degree, 4-year is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in metal or metal fabrication
  • 2-3 years of Business Development/Sales experience
  • Experience selling to OEMs
  • Candidate must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, no relocation assistance
  • Hunter Mentality
