The successful candidate will lead the architecture, design, building, and maintenance of internal applications. These applications leverage cloud-based technologies and modern frameworks, such as .Net, MVC, Oracle OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). The Lead Developer is responsible for leading requirements gathering, participating in sprints, and completing assigned tasks.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural design and documentation to the development team
- Lead sprint planning
- Design, develop, and launch applications, pipelines, and other internal tools
- Leverage cutting-edge technologies and modern practices
- Build and ship high-quality code quickly
- Work independently in design sessions and code reviews
- Provide architectural design and documentation to the development team
- Front-end application development
- Back-end application development using C#/.Net
- Lead meetings to drive requirements discovery and requirements gathering
- Write and execute unit tests
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles and best practices
- 15 years of software development experience
- 7 years of experience leading software development projects and sprints, as well as people
- Experience leading and managing small- to medium-sized IT projects and rolling out IT projects across various technologies
- Mastery of Object-Oriented Programming principles & design patterns
- Proficiency in Azure DB and SQL Server, Azure Data Factory pipelines, Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, Oracle, Developing and consuming microservices, RESTful API development using Web API and Swagger, Unit Testing, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Oracle OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
