This Interim Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to identify, attract, and secure top technical talent across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a consultative approach, and a passion for sourcing and pipeline development.

Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN – Hybrid. Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting focusing on technology, data, finance, and healthcare roles.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, develop job descriptions, and create targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates.
  • Oversee candidate engagement, assessment, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition partners, HRBPs, and hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring goals.
  • Maintain and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows, ensuring accurate candidate documentation.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices, labor market trends, and diversity sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology, healthcare economics, data analysis, finance, or operations.
  • Deep sourcing expertise, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, networking strategies, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience – Ultipro Recruiting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of EEOC/OFCCP compliance and employment law.
  • Ability to consult and influence hiring managers, providing market insights and best practices.
  • Highly organized with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
