A leading organization seeks a part-time Technical Recruiter to support IT hiring during a significant system transition. This recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and managing the candidate experience for two critical IT positions, ensuring the smooth integration of new systems and technologies. The ideal candidate has experience in IT recruiting, the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Worksite Location: Saint Paul, MN – Hybrid Opportunity. Only Minnesota candidates will be considered.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $34-$42, depending on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with IT and HR teams to deeply understand hiring needs and key technology initiatives.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake meetings to sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines, utilizing proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill IT roles.
- Facilitate interviews, manage candidate experience, and guide hiring managers through selection.
- Ensure compliance with EEOC/OFCCP hiring regulations and best practices.
- Communicate hiring progress with HR Business Partners and IT leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in higher education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.
- Proficiency in IT recruiting, including understanding software development, system implementation, and enterprise technology hiring needs.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both IT professionals and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – experience with ApplicantPRO or UKG is a plus.
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment, with experience supporting organizations undergoing large-scale system upgrades or digital transformations.
