A dynamic organization seeks a Global Compensation & Benefits Consultant to lead key initiatives and provide strategic consultation in compensation and benefits across global markets. The consultant will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and business leaders to develop competitive practices, manage regulatory compliance, and enhance global rewards frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compensation and benefits, experience working with global markets, and strong analytical and project management skills.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota - Hybrid Opportunity; seeking Minnesota based candidates only.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $60-75, depending on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Advise HR leaders on compensation philosophy, programs, and benefits frameworks, ensuring alignment with global business strategies.
- Analyze and enhance global benefits programs, manage job evaluations, and support compensation processes for international locations.
- Leverage external benchmarking and internal analytics to strengthen competitive positioning and support decision-making.
- Lead compensation and benefits projects, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with business needs.
- Partner with HR COEs, GAAT, and local HR teams to validate benefit costs, manage regulatory compliance, and provide guidance on internal job offers.
- Oversee complex projects, including work planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong business acumen and expertise in compensation structures, job evaluations, and regulatory analysis.
- Deep knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices outside the US.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and database tools for quantitative analysis.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven project and process management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
