A leading organization is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide strategic HR support to their organization. This role combines key responsibilities in Employee Relations and Recruiting, ensuring seamless HR operations during a critical time. In this hybrid position, you will manage sensitive employee situations, partner with leaders, and support recruitment initiatives during the company's peak hiring season. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Employee Relations, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to engage in short-term recruiting efforts.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid; only Minnesota based candidates will be considered.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$55, depending on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees, managing sensitive situations with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Lead recruitment efforts for the organization during their peak hiring season (April to mid-August), building relationships with hiring managers and ensuring top talent acquisition.
- Serve as an Associate HR Business Partner providing HR support, resolving employee concerns, and driving organizational alignment.
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless HR operations and talent strategies.
- Balance shifting priorities and responsibilities across Employee Relations and Recruiting throughout the assignment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Employee Relations.
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and a willingness to support short-term hiring needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and sound judgment.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment with the ability to collaborate effectively onsite and remotely.
