Are you a systems-savvy HR professional who thrives in a collaborative and mission-driven environment? Our client seeks an Interim Senior HRIS Consultant to provide hands-on support with streamlining and optimizing HR systems and processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving system functionality, ensuring data integrity, and supporting ongoing system integration initiatives. The consultant will work cross-functionally with HR and IT teams to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and drive operational efficiencies. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys diving into the details, solving problems, and improving systems for everyone involved.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota-based candidates.

Salary Range: $60 - $80/hr DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current HRIS setup and recommend improvements for efficiency and usability.
  • Support and troubleshoot system issues related to HR data, reporting, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal HR and IT teams to streamline HR operations and integrations.
  • Lead or support ongoing projects related to HR system configuration and data management.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across platforms and modules.
  • Assist with user testing, training, and documentation related to system updates
  • Act as a key liaison between HR and other departments for technical and process-related questions.
  • Support HR leadership with system-related reporting and analytics needs.
  • Provide expertise on best practices for HRIS administration and maintenance.
  • Assist in setting up and improving onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance tracking processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working with major HR systems (ADP Workforce Now experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong understanding of HR data, workflows, and process optimization.
  • Experience in systems configuration, data audits, and integrations.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects or tasks at once.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
