We are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a dynamic, high-growth organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working through ambiguity to establish strong recruitment processes. You will handle corporate hiring needs across various functions, including Finance, IT, Procurement, Risk, and HR. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who can quickly build relationships with diverse hiring leaders and adapt to evolving business needs.
Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN – Hybrid (3-4 days onsite per week). Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers across corporate functions to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Finance, IT, Procurement, Risk, and HR roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with another contract recruiter to share responsibilities and manage a req load.
- Utilize Arcoro ATS and maintain tracking through spreadsheets; adapt to minimal existing systems and implement process improvements where possible
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, facilitate interview scheduling, and provide consultative feedback to hiring leaders.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understand their unique needs, and adapt your approach accordingly
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives as the company scales and structures its corporate TA function
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter, with expertise in hiring for roles across Finance, IT, Procurement, and HR
- Resilient and adaptable, able to work effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse hiring leaders who may have varying levels of experience with talent acquisition
- Experience working in a public company or during periods of significant change and process development is a plus
- Familiarity with Arcoro ATS or similar systems; proficiency with spreadsheets for candidate tracking
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
