A fast-growing, high-energy retail company is seeking an Interim Paylocity HRIS Consultant to support its team in enhancing payroll, onboarding, and other HR processes. This is a unique opportunity to help establish scalable practices for a dynamic business redefining its industry.
Worksite Location: Eden Prairie, MN - Hybrid. Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Optimize and automate Paylocity modules to support high-growth business needs.
- Establish scalable payroll processes and ensure compliance across multiple states.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding new employees and retail stores.
- Create data analytics dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Design and deliver training programs for leaders and employees to enhance system adoption.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align Paylocity processes with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in Paylocity, specifically in optimizing and automating processes.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll management and compliance requirements.
- Experience creating and implementing training programs for system rollouts.
- Ability to build data analytics dashboards to measure performance and track KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
