A leading organization is seeking an Interim Leadership Development Consultant to support leadership training initiatives, enhance talent development strategies, and drive organizational effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in leadership development, training facilitation, and coaching. Working closely with HR and senior leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping leadership programs and strengthening workforce capabilities.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid. Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and facilitate leadership training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging and existing leaders to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align leadership development strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of leadership competency frameworks and career pathing initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate leadership training programs.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of enhancing leadership effectiveness.
- Experience in change management, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and leadership assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
