As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will provide essential employee relations support and guidance while playing a key role in a major HR system transformation. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with HR Leadership in managing employee relations, investigations, and coaching while also contributing to the rollout of Oracle ERP from an HRBP perspective.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week). Only Minnesota-based candidates will be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner, supporting leaders and employees with HR best practices.
- Manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and provide coaching and guidance to managers.
- Balance day-to-day HRBP responsibilities while supporting the HR team through the system transition.
- Act as a liaison between HR and business leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members who are focused on Oracle, UKG, and time & attendance system support.
- Be flexible and agile in an evolving environment, adjusting priorities while keeping business needs in mind.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, including employee relations and HR policy guidance.
- Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management coaching.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HR systems, with the ability to provide end-user perspective and feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, supporting operational HR needs and system changes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
