Our client seeks an experienced HR Manager to provide interim leadership and support during a key transition period. This role is essential in overseeing performance management, compliance, benefits, and employee relations while also leading the HR team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an organization renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.

Worksite Location: Brooklyn Center, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking ONLY Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to enhance performance management, support coaching plans, and guide the execution of performance reviews and merit increases.
  • Offer strategic advice on HR compliance and legal issues, working with employment counsel as necessary.
  • Manage benefits processes, including open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration.
  • Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Supervise and mentor two HR team members, aligning HR practices with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the use of HR systems for ATS and HRIS to ensure smooth HR operations.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR management experience.
  • Proven expertise in performance management, benefits administration, and handling year-end performance reviews and merit increases.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization, from executives to individual contributors.
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, including ATS and HRIS.
