This exciting role will implement a new HRIS platform, develop key HR policies, and ensure benefits and employee relations practices align with the organization's inclusive values. Worksite Location: Saint Paul, MN – Hybrid with occasional onsite meetings. Seeking Minnesota-based candidates.
Salary Range: $60 - $70/hr, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of a new HRIS system, transitioning from Paylocity to iSolved.
- Review and update the employee handbook and company policies to ensure compliance and reflect organizational values.
- Administer employee benefits, including evaluation of vendors and support for onboarding to new plans.
- Provide employee relations guidance and policy interpretation.
- Work collaboratively with the executive team to support HR-related decision-making.
- Support special projects such as compensation analysis, job description development, and general HR infrastructure.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, offering both strategic insight and hands-on execution.
- Model and promote a culture of inclusion, equity, and mission alignment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong HR generalist background, preferably within small to mid-sized organizations.
- Proven experience implementing or optimizing HRIS platforms.
- Comfortable managing benefits administration and working with vendors on plan transitions.
- Demonstrated ability to create, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience navigating employee relations in a values-driven, community-focused environment.
- Alignment with the organization's inclusive, progressive mission and support of immigrant communities.
