Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an experienced HRBP to join their team for a 5+ month engagement. This HRBP will support the legal, marketing, and financial business units, so a candidate who has experience in highly regulated industries would excel in this role. Our client is a highly collaborative company, especially on the HR team, so they are looking for a highly collaborative candidate who values teamwork.  

Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN – Hybrid, or Remote; Seeking ONLY Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Support Senior HR Business Partners in developing and executing HR strategies that reflect our business objectives. 
  • Lead or participate in various HR projects as assigned by Senior HR Business Partners or the HR leadership team. 
  • Assist in managing change initiatives by providing essential HR support during organizational transformations, including restructuring and cultural shifts. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, collaborating with the Employee Relations team to ensure guidance and support align with company policies and legal requirements. 
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and address talent needs and support recruitment efforts for assigned business units. 
  • Partner with the Compensation team on compensation analyses and projects related to total rewards for your assigned business units. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. 
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to drive organizational change and achieve business objectives. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, web browsers, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. 
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
