Our client seeks an Interim Financial Analyst to join their Loan Servicing Portfolio and Asset Management group. This contract position offers the chance to work with a dedicated team, leveraging your analytical expertise and Excel skills to support key financial processes.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid. Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis and transaction processing within the Loan Servicing Portfolio and Asset Management group
• Calculate maturity extensions, prepare financial spreads, and review rent rolls
• Support post-closing underwriting tasks, including covenant testing, financial calculations, and other repetitive transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth processing of transactions and accurate financial reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–5 years of experience as a financial analyst, with a strong understanding of financial statements and spreadsheet analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive yet critical tasks with accuracy
• Humble and eager to learn, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes
