Our client is seeking an experienced Interim DEIBA Consultant to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (DEIBA) strategy for their organization. This role requires a dynamic professional who can design and execute a focused series of initiatives and training sessions to help us foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Onsite Opportunity; Seeking ONLY Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidate only.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the process of creating a compelling organizational DEIBA statement that aligns with our values and strategic goals.
  • Design and deliver a focused series of three one-hour training sessions aimed at enhancing understanding and engagement around DEIBA principles across the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to assess the current state of DEIBA within the organization and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in DEIBA, drawing on experience working with companies of varying sizes and industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging throughout the organization.
  • Utilize case study examples and previous outcomes to inform the development of customized DEIBA solutions tailored to our organizational needs.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and effectiveness of DEIBA initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate DEIBA principles into our business operations and culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to ensure a sustained focus on DEIBA goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in designing and leading the development of organizational DEIBA statements and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and facilitate training sessions focused on DEIBA principles, with a track record of positive engagement and outcomes.
  • Experience working with organizations of various sizes and industries to successfully implement DEIBA strategies.
  • Strong portfolio of case studies and measurable outcomes from previous DEIBA initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to navigate complex organizational dynamics to drive meaningful change.
  • Passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging, committed to creating a positive impact.
