One of our top clients seeks a Business Analyst to support operational and analytical initiatives, enhance reporting capabilities, and optimize business intelligence solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, developing engaging visualizations, and working cross-functionally to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Worksite Location: Eden Prairie, MN - Hybrid; Seeking MN based candidates.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, depending on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement business intelligence solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to enhance reporting frameworks and analytical capabilities.
- Support the implementation of best practices for data governance and process optimization.
- Document workflows, business processes, and technical requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience analyzing and deploying data-driven solutions to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate complex data into business insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting data-driven recommendations.
