Our client seeks an experienced Interim Accountant to assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and experience with Sage Intacct. This position supports the Controller and works closely with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and reporting across the business units. Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Onsite 4-5 days per week. Seeking MN based candidates.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40 - $50, depending on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage reconciliations and financial reporting using Sage Intacct.
• Assist with budgeting and financial analysis for multiple business segments.
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations to business teams and private equity board members.
• Handle project-based tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Work with business management systems (e.g., Toast, JackRabbit, Procare) to track operational data.
• Perform forensic-style accounting tasks and assist with payroll entries. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Sage Intacct experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills with a strong ability to produce financial reports and presentations.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and payroll entries (not processing payroll).
• Familiarity with business management systems (Toast, JackRabbit, Procare).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to internal teams and board members.
