As a Full Desk Recruiter within the Finance & Accounting Solutions team, you will be part of the Professional Recruiting team. You will be responsible for managing both the client-facing and candidate-facing aspects of the recruitment process. You will be tasked with sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates for various job openings while developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
In this role, you will:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and new business prospects. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, business needs, and organizational culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base. Actively seek to grow the business through networking and industry relationships.
- Identify and recruit top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Create job postings, conduct candidate interviews, and coordinate interviews with the client to ensure a strong match for client needs.
- Effectively match qualified candidates to job openings and guide them through the hiring process, ensuring both the candidate and client are satisfied.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and other employment terms.
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with legal, ethical, and company standards. Maintain accurate records of candidates, placements, and client interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly activity send-out and placement goals, client satisfaction targets, and other key performance indicators.
To excel in this role, you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a full desk recruiter, talent acquisition recruiter, or similar role in the staffing/recruitment industry.
- The ideal candidate would have a network and connections within the Finance & Accounting profession and experience recruiting within the F&A function.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems, CRM, social media platforms, job boards).
Location: St. Louis Park, MN
Schedule: Onsite/Hybrid- the office is open Monday through Friday. Employees may take advantage of the hybrid work schedule by working remotely Monday and Friday while working onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
Salary: Commissioned based position. Commission advance starting at $80k or higher based on experience. Commissions are uncapped.
