This exciting position is a key contributor to the monthly reporting package. The successful candidate will utilize analysis and reporting to maintain the integrity of the financials and assist with special projects and ad-hoc analyses. The candidate will also support the finance team and others across the organization. 

Worksite Location: This onsite position is in Oakdale, MN.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the greater Finance team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial executive packages, understanding all variances, articulating key drivers, and suggesting action plans
  • Prepare monthly bank and debt compliance calculations, including cash flow projections and ad-hoc analyses
  • Continually develop and refine internal financial modeling and implement process improvements
  • Understand and incorporate industry-specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions
  • Assist with special projects for mergers and acquisitions, de novo entities, budgeting, and payroll analysis

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field (required)
  • 3+ years of experience performing financial and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and preparing financial reports (required)
  • Advanced proficiency level in Excel (required)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency under deadlines required
  • Strong work ethic, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as professionally within a positive team environment
  • Demonstrative executive presence, with solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments
