As the Executive Engagement Specialist, you will deliver personalized engagement experiences for clients and executive talent. This role blends operational expertise with relationship-building, offering cross-functional exposure and opportunities to drive impactful results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving skills, and a passion for exceptional service.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Search and Talent Coordination:

  • Create opportunity profiles with assistance from the Marketing team. Create search update decks for client meetings, tracking candidate status throughout the process.
  • Schedule interviews (phone, video, and in-person) with candidates and client panels, coordinating with hiring managers and administrative teams.
  • Arrange travel, hotel, and car services for candidates, ensuring seamless interview logistics.
  • To build robust prospect pipelines and source and engage top executive talent through multiple channels. In coordination with the Search Director, create and distribute recruiting messaging for specific engagements.
  • Manage and utilize CRM tools to organize client engagements and candidate profiles with precision.

Client and Candidate Experience:

  • Provide an exceptional onsite experience for clients, candidates, and prospects, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Organize and manage general candidate submissions for executive roles on the company's website.
  • Schedule strategy, update, and debrief meetings with clients and internal teams.

Collaboration and Operational Support:

  • Partner with Search Directors and Search Advisors to coordinate and support search activities.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on initiatives and hiring needs, juggling multiple priorities and projects.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing schedules, travel, and other operational elements of the search process.

To excel in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in executive search, including recruitment, sourcing, and relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/ATS systems, such as Bullhorn.
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships that drive business objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and systems management skills.
  • Ability to design programs and solutions that meet client and talent needs.
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes and maintain project momentum.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism.

 

Location: St. Louis Park, MN

Schedule: Onsite/Hybrid- the office is open Monday through Friday. Employees may take advantage of the hybrid work schedule by working remotely Monday and Friday while working onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: Base salary between $75k and $85k with bonus opportunities.
