The HR Director will be a team of one, responsible for both strategic and hands-on HR functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that support their business goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in organization development and design, culture enhancement, succession planning, and, ideally, a background in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Traction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on organizational development and design.
  • Enhance and maintain a strong, positive company culture that fosters engagement and retention.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the company.
  • Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage benefits administration and other HR operations.
  • Support leadership with EOS Traction initiatives to drive company performance and growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  PHR or SHRM-CP certificate credentials are preferred but not required.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic HR planning with day-to-day HR operations.
  • Strong experience in organization development, culture building, and succession planning.
  • Familiarity with EOS Traction or similar business operating systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
