As a Compensation Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in developing, administering, and managing our compensation programs to ensure they align with our philosophy and market standards.
Worksite Location: Candidates can choose to work at the White Bear Lake, MN, or Eau Claire, WI, offices.
Salary : $80,000 - 125,000/yr (depending on location)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer the organization's bonus, merit, and market adjustment processes.
- Assist in designing and administering wage structures, incentive plans, commission programs, and other bonus plans.
- Conduct job evaluations and market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Team to analyze and recommend competitive job offers to candidates promptly, ensuring alignment with internal equity and competitive external market pricing.
- Analyze compensation data to propose revisions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the leader and Finance team to administer the salary labor budget process, as well as report and track it. Includes creating and distributing labor budget reports and managing any related requests.
- Assist with creating or modifying job descriptions, job grading, and leveling processes to maintain internal equity and consistency across the company regarding salary structures.
- Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc compensation reports, trends, insights, and dashboards for the Human Resources Team, Management, and Executives utilizing HR systems to gather, input, and analyze compensation-related data.
- Communicate compensation policies and respond to inquiries from team members and leaders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years' experience in compensation analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of relevant compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
