We seek a skilled and organized Business Manager to oversee multiple group home facilities' operations and business functions. This role involves managing many aspects of the business across various locations, including staffing, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be business-minded, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing resources effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Multi-Site Operations Management:

Oversee and manage the daily business operations of multiple group home facilities.

Develop and implement standardized policies, procedures, and protocols across all locations to ensure consistency in care and operational efficiency.
Staff Management & Leadership Development:

Provide employee coaching and performance feedback to promote growth and retention.

Address and resolve employee grievances, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Facilitate conflict resolution and conduct mediation between employees and management when necessary.

Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in alignment with company policies and legal standards.

Handle and process unemployment claims, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Manage FMLA cases, track leave eligibility, and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Oversee workers' compensation cases, work closely with insurance carriers, and coordinate return-to-work programs.

Evaluate needs across locations and design and implement training programs.

Foster a culture of collaboration across facilities and a positive work environment, and promote professional development and staff training.

Organize workshops, seminars, and hands-on training to promote continuous staff development.
Financial Management & Budget Oversight:

Manage budgets for each group home and the overall company budget.

Oversee financial activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements while maintaining high-quality care standards.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including health, safety, and privacy standards.

Manage responses to inspections or audits and oversee quality assurance initiatives at each location to uphold high standards.

Stay informed of updates in regulatory requirements and implement changes accordingly.
Client Experience:

Oversee the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care across all facilities.

Address and resolve complex client or family concerns, supporting facility managers with escalated issues.
Strategic Planning & Growth:

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic goals for expansion and service improvement.

Analyze data and adjust strategies to improve overall efficiency and quality of care.

Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and operational improvements across existing and potential new locations.
Worksite Location: 100% Remote (Corporate office is in St. Cloud)
Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum of 2 years in a business management role, preferably in healthcare, social services or group homes.

Experience overseeing multi-site operations, ensuring consistency and quality across facilities.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on employee coaching, development, and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a positive attitude and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and confidently.

Proficient with MacOS/IOS computer systems

Multi-site management experience
