As a Business Development Rep, you'll be pivotal in driving business development and client solutions within the commercial real estate sector. As a key team member, you'll articulate their innovative approach to clients, build and grow strategic relationships, and spearhead marketing efforts that generate new business opportunities. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional who's eager to work closely with clients, sell their unique process, and contribute to the continued success and growth of our company in the Twin Cities.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attract target clients by utilizing interesting and unique approaches.
  • Manage lead research & qualification efforts of new leads.
  • Oversee sales pipeline and coordinate with the Client Solutions team.
  • Manage key strategic partners within the market.
  • Implement strategies around research of projects and events.
  • Coordinate and maintain CRM accuracy.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably selling professional services to the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
