Natalie Powers is the Director of Marketing & Creative for the Marketing Leadership Direct Hire division.
In this role, Natalie works alongside hiring managers and HR leaders to place marketing, communications, and creative talent in both digital and traditional verticals. Her focus includes all levels of leadership and individual contributor positions.
Natalie joins Versique with 11 years of recruiting experience. Before joining Versique, Natalie spent 9 years at Robert Half, leading the Marketing & Creative Permanent Placement division where her clients ranged from small-midsize to Fortune 500 companies, in industries spanning from manufacturing, SaaS, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, government, nonprofit and professional services organizations. The last 2 years, Natalie worked for tech startups as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, she was responsible for building and executing recruiting strategies, employer branding, improving the hiring process, tech implementation, creating metrics and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Natalie lives in Plymouth with her husband and two girls, Ellery (8) and Violet (5). Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with and without kids, hosting all holiday & football parties, trying and failing in DIY’ing any home renovations and patiently waiting to add a dog to the family.
