Kathy Robideau joined Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting as Chief Growth Officer in June of 2024. Prior to Versique, Robideau served as Market President and Publisher of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, where she previously led the sales and advertising organization and was instrumental in launching several local and national products. Before her tenure at MSPBJ, she served as Chief Operating Officer of a medical staffing organization based in Winter Park, Florida, where she led multiple acquisitions and played a key role in implementing the company’s proprietary database.
An Ohio native, Kathy attended the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of Capella University. She is deeply involved in the Twin Cities business community and actively participates in several local organizations. She currently serves on the boards of the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, and the Thielen Foundation and serves on the Executive Committee of Junior Achievement North. She also participates in several leadership and business initiatives that champion economic growth, education, and workforce development.
A connector at heart, Kathy is known for her ability to bring people together, foster collaboration, and inspire others to lead with purpose. She is a frequent speaker, mentor, podcast host and advocate for driving positive change both inside the workplace and throughout the broader community.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband Tim and twins Payton and Max.
