Jessica is a Director of Client Partnerships for the Finance and Accounting Interim Solutions team.
She brings more than 12 years of recruiting expertise and 7 years of experience in public accounting, including time in Big 4. Her unique combination of industry knowledge and recruiting acumen allows her to understand the needs of both clients and candidates on a deeper level. In recent years, Jessica has specialized in providing tailored talent solutions for accounting and finance departments, partnering with organizations to build teams that drive long-term success. She is known for her relationship-focused approach, deep market insight, and ability to deliver results with integrity and care.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys walking her beloved miniature dachshund, Emma, with her fiancé, Ryan, singing with her sister Jenny (who also works in recruiting), and spending time with her nieces. When her schedule allows, you can also find her on the golf course, enjoying the challenge and fresh air. Whether in the office or on the green, Jessica brings warmth, energy, and a collaborative spirit to everything she does.
