Avary is a Director of Client Partnership for the HR Interim Solutions team at Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting , bringing four years of experience in business development and client relationship management. She specializes in working with middle-market organizations, partnering closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Known for her passion for connecting people, Avary brings positive energy and an authentic, relationship-first approach to her work. She takes pride in deeply understanding each client’s business and ensuring they are matched with the right resources to drive success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire.
Outside of work, Avary enjoys spending time with family/friends, getting out on the lake, and trying new restaurants around the Twin Cities. Avary grew up in Princeton, Minnesota, and is a true Minnesotan at heart.
