Founded in 2013 by Tony Sorensen and Chris Ohlendorf, Versique was created with a clear purpose: to build something different. After decades of experience in staffing and recruiting, Tony and Chris set out to establish a firm that did more than just fill roles—they wanted to build lasting partnerships rooted in trust, transparency, and impact.
They started Versique with a simple vision and a small team of trusted partners, growing the business deliberately and thoughtfully. Today, Versique is a nationally recognized talent acquisition firm headquartered in Minneapolis, specializing in executive search, professional recruiting, and interim solutions.
With over 50 years of combined experience between the founders and another 50+ years from the leadership team, Versique brings deep industry knowledge and a people-first approach to every search.
