January 27, 2014 — Versique Search & Consulting announced its 2013 year-end results today, citing revenue growth, the addition of several key division leaders, and increases in employee and client partners among its early successes, following the January 2013 split from its former entity.
In just one year, President & CEO Tony Sorensen and Co-founder Chris Ohlendorf have seen noteworthy results that indicate the organization has clarified its vision and is poised to become the leader in Minnesota’s talent-acquisition industry.
“We’ve developed a shared vision for the company and a management style that meets the flexibility and specialization necessary in this industry,” says Sorensen. “Collaboration is driving a new level of success here at Versique.”
Re-launched in January 2013 following an amicable split from its predecessor, Versique has experienced some of its most significant results to date, including as its former entity. Fourth Quarter revenue, new hires and placements were the highest in company history.
Sorensen attributes the fast-growing success of the organization to a more streamlined management team, able to accommodate changes to the marketplace; the addition of several key division leaders who now oversee and are responsible for recruitment and consulting services in their function areas; and a roster of 40 internal employees and 110 consultants committed to the new organization’s culture.
