This Sr. DBA will specialize in data collection, organization, and analysis. They will report out information to make informed decisions. As a senior-level employee, serve as a liaison between the IT team and other units. Use your experience with data management, database systems, and reporting systems to collect and report on data. This process is highly automated, so the successful candidate must see the big picture and architect out solutions that consider all aspects of the organization.
Worksite Location: This onsite position is in a nearby Minneapolis/St. Paul City, MN.
Salary: $130-150k per year base salary plus 15% annual bonus eligibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the SQL Server production databases for the various applications and systems.
- Execute ad-hoc ERP system updates via SQL.
- Execute and verify database and system backup and recovery tasks.
- Analyze slow performance and make enhancements to speed up queries and reports.
- Monitor and resolve any data-related issues promptly.
- Design and implement efficient ETL workflows to support data integration, reporting, and analytics.
- Design, develop, deliver, maintain, and support analytic applications.
- Forecast and plan application resource needs for all data warehouse tools and database systems.
- Ensure that hardware, software, databases, and backup and recovery performance levels are met.
- Evaluate and recommend analytic tools, database systems, backup and recovery tools, and other data-related technologies.
- Build ad-hoc ERP data load and extraction applications.
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and create ad hoc reports.
- Provide database installs, ongoing maintenance, and development changes.
- Gather, extract, manipulate, analyze, and model data using analytical and statistical tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or 10+ years equivalent work experience.
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server DBA skills, including recent versions.
- Experience building business solutions with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Develop, manage, and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Strong T-SQL skills.
- Experience building reports with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other source control technologies is preferred.
