In this exciting role, you'll use Delta Lake/OneLake and Medallion Architecture (Bronze-Silver-Gold) to manage and transform data. Using your skillset in SDLC and governance, you'll lead data solutions and create forward-looking insights.

Salary range: $135,000 - 145,000 base

Role & Responsibilities:

• Data Warehouse Development: Design, develop, and implement a scalable and efficient data warehouse using Azure Fabric with the Medallion Architecture.
• Design & Development: Implement and maintain data pipelines on Azure Data Factory and Synapse, with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Data Modeling: Develop and implement complex data models that support data analytics, reporting, and analytical initiatives.
• Collaborate: Work closely with reporting, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand and translate data needs into requirements.
• Analytical Readiness: Prepare the data warehouse infrastructure to support future AI/ML projects, ensuring data is structured and accessible for advanced analytics.
• SDLC & DevOps: Lead and improve CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing strategies for reliable deployments and upgrades. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• BS/MS degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional SQL development and data warehousing in a cloud environment.
• 3+ years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions in Azure data services, such as Data Lake Storage, Data Factory, Synapse, etc. 
• Proven experience with transactionally consistent data lake solutions, ACID compliance, and time-travel features.
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools in an Azure environment.
• Proficient in data modeling techniques, including star and snowflake schemas.
• Experience in several areas: database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, and advanced analytics.
