Our client is seeking an Interim Project Coordinator to support transportation-related technology implementation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, manage key deliverables, and drive project success from inception to completion.

Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week). Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage team goals and project schedules, updating plans as needed
• Supervise ongoing projects and coordinate with team members to maintain workflow
• Facilitate project communication through memos, meeting minutes, and emails
• Participate in meetings and standups, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Support change impact documentation and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Organize project-related materials and ensure proper filing and storage

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field
• 3–5 years of progressive experience supporting large-scale projects
• Certifications or demonstrable experience in Project Management, Change Management, Communications, or Lean Six Sigma
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in transportation, organizational change management, or communication is highly valued
