Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Onsite; Only Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide employee relations guidance to center leadership, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor laws
- Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated seamlessly and effectively
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, supporting a compliant workplace
- Assist in optimizing HR systems, including streamlining processes and leveraging iSolved for HRIS and ATS functions
- Partner with the HR Director to address foundational HR work and support organizational restructuring
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance
- Familiarity with HR systems; experience with iSolved HRIS/ATS is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cultural awareness; Spanish-speaking ability is a significant advantage but not required
- Proven ability to adapt to a high-growth, fast-changing environment with a sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
