Interim HR Specialist (ID:46526)
Looking to join a dynamic and innovative company with a forward-thinking approach? We are seeking an Interim HR Specialist/Coordinator to support our client's HR team during a temporary leave of absence.
The Interim HR Specialist/Coordinator will provide critical support to the HR team by managing various HR functions, including HR helpdesk support, ADP data management, performance evaluation tracking, and employee recognition program administration. You will partner with the HR Director to ensure smooth operations and assist with other administrative tasks related to HR systems and reporting.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN - Remote or Hybrid; Seeking Minnesota based candidates only.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR helpdesk queue and assign tickets as needed using FreshWorks.
- Upload employee data into ADP and run reports as required.
- Track and manage the submission of performance evaluations, generating relevant reports from ADP.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to the employee recognition system (WorkTango-YouEarnedIt), including adding and terminating users and conducting audits.
- Manage user assignments and updates in Smartsheets.
- Conduct research and work with existing vendors to gather program and cost insights.
- Provide first-line HR support, answering questions and assisting with HR-related inquiries.
- Assist with handbook reviews, employment letter drafting, and employee verification letters.
- Experience with ADP (data uploads, report running) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with FreshWorks or similar helpdesk systems.
- Experience using Smartsheets or a similar tool for user management.
- Strong research skills and ability to gain insights from vendors.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting letters and reviewing HR documents.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
